Cool Cleanser

Grape juice makes an excellent cleanser for any skin type, be it oily or dry. Simply split one or two large grapes, remove pips and rub the flesh over face and neck. Keep it on for a while. Rinse off with cool water.

Drinking grape juice will also work wonders for your skin. Since they are available round the year, it is the simplest home remedy for a cleanser.


Healthy Fast Food

Oily and spicy food are taste best but they are unhealthy. Various other ingredients can be used to make fast food healthy. They are:

  • Samosa: Make it with atta and bake it.
  • Bhelpuri: It is healthy, so go for it.
  • Chole Bhature: Add a bit of masala to chole, add some amla for colour. Eat it with kulche instead of bhature. Make the kulche with atta and bake them.
  • Tikki: Add lots of lots of veggies.
  • Golguppa: Good to be eaten.
  • Namkeens: Opt for roasted namkeens.
  • Pakoras: Spray oil on the batter and grill your pakoras. It will give a tandoori effect.
  • Raj Kachori: The fried outer cover is thin so no worries. With dahi and other ingredients its healthy.
  • When ordering a pizza, go light on the cheese and get vegetable toppings that provide some nutrition.
  • If you are grabbing a sandwich or burger, ask for a whole wheat bun.
  • Skip soft drinks. Drink water or milk.
  • Avoid fatty sauces like mayonnaise, Opt for ketchup, which is low in low in calories and has nutritional values.
