Blink Blink

With number of hours in front of computer, mobiles and TV constantly increasing, it is imperative that we take care of our eyes and sit in correct posture. To have a perfect eye power, follow the 20-20-20 rule. It means that every 20 minutes, you should take your gaze off your computer and look at another object that is 20 feet away or more and stare at it for 20 seconds. Complete the entire 20 seconds since this is how long it takes your eyes to relax after straining. Think of it a ‘rest break’ for your eyes.

Also, some studies suggest that wearing reading glasses while watching TV and using computers helps protect eye from strain.

Wonder skin

Pamper your face with one tablespoon of yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. Add the two ingredients together and apply to a clean, moist face.
